Intelligent Control System
The utilization of intelligent control systems in greenhouses and fields is revolutionizing the horticulture industry. These systems are capable of remotely collecting real-time data on air temperature, humidity, soil moisture temperature, carbon dioxide concentration, light intensity, and video images. Moreover, they can automatically control various aspects such as the greenhouse wet curtain fan, spray drip irrigation, internal and external shading, top and side window operations, as well as heating and lighting equipment.
Commercial greenhouses play a pivotal role in the horticulture industry, with a significant global footprint of nearly 14 million acres covered by greenhouses and over 1 million acres housing permanent greenhouse structures. With the escalating demand for food, house plants, and specialized crops like cannabis, there is a rapidly growing need for smart greenhouse automation systems.
Commercial growers are increasingly investing in smart greenhouse automation to enhance the quality and yield of their produce. The key to effectively automating a greenhouse lies in integrating reliable monitoring and control systems that can be customized to suit the needs of various greenhouse sizes, ranging from small semi-permanent structures to extensive permanent setups spanning several acres.
The adoption of smart greenhouse automation is a testament to the industry’s commitment to embracing technology in order to increase productivity, improve efficiency, and meet the evolving demands of consumers.

The five-in-one sensor can provide accurate indoor temperature, relative humidity, light intensity, soil temperature, and soil moisture for the HOSMART climate contoller, providing reliable data basis for its analysis and decision-making.
The five-in-one sensor is based on photovoltaic and wireless design. Under the premise of ensuring stability and accuracy, the installation and commissioning aresimplified as much as possible to bring users a better experience. The measurement parameters can be tailored on demand is another highlight of the sensor, andthe user does not need to pay for the measurement elements that he does not need.
The CO2 sensor is used in conjunction with the CO2 supplement device. It provides the controller with the real-time CO2 level in the current greenhouse. The controller automatically calculates the appropriate CO2 content according to the set value and climatic conditions, and controls the operation of related supplementary devices to supplement the CO2 level to reach the standard for suitable crop growth. It adopts the principle of NDIR infrared absorption measurement, which greatly provides the accuracy, stability and sensitivity of the measurement.
The weather station is used to monitor outdoor temperature, humidity, light, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall and other parameters, and is usually installed on the top of the greenhouse, to provide accurate and effective outdoor monitoring data for the climate controller, optimize the control strategy, reduce the energy consumption of the greenhouse, and greatly reduce the energy cost of the greenhouse operation. It adopts photovoltaic and wireless design, no power supply, wireless data transmission, and extremely convenient installation and maintenance.
